"Mystique 2 for Genesis 8 Female(s)" can be used independently, even without "Mystique for Genesis 8 Female(s)".
All of the outfits shown in the promotional images for "Mystique 2", with the exception of the corset, are included in "Mystique 2".
Since the corset is an item included in "Mystique", you will need to obtain "Mystique" as well if you want to use the corset.
Furthermore, "Mystique 2" includes additional materials for the "Mystique" corset.
