failed downloads via DIM Downloads from Daz products

I am trying to use DIM to download and install my products. How do I find the logs so I can get a clue why?
Failed Downloads! I am having problems with DIM to download the products I got from Daz. I don't know why they are keep failing.

Click the gear icon at top-right.
I restarted my computer several times. I checked the settings of DIM. Still having difficulty but most are downloading and installing.
currently having issues with something called family fun shapes for Genesis 9. not sure about others.
How do you determin that it is failing?
The product you referred to is most likely only morphs, so no use facing files (beside new sliders in Parameters).
There is plenty of space of space on my computer.
The item would say retry instead of being sent to ready to install tab. I attached photos of what it shows.
That looks like a server issue at Daz.
Similar have been reported by others, at other times.
My assumtion is it is temporary, so try to wait some hours, and try again.
I am having problems with DIM. It somehow forgot everything I already downloaded and installed. It is also having issues with downloading items. Has this been worked on yet?
Forgetting sounds like an issue with the manifest files, eithger the location is wrong or the files cannot be read for some reason. Download issues might also be a provlem with the destination drive - check that it isn't full or malfunctioning.
Sfariah D I have faced same dilema like you before,
If you see something like Retry.
Close DIM by cliking the X button
Double click DIM in Windows desktop, let the program run, log-in if necessary.
You will see the entries of the products that need to be installed, select them and install.
