    As a Daz+ member with my subscription active until late November this year, I'm also seeing the already reported issue where I apparently appear as a base member in the membership management page and the information about my current Daz+ subscription is missing. Let's hope that it's a transitory issue. Also, I was tempted to sign up for annual Premier, but since the pay for 12 months/enjoy 15 instead promo thing seems to not be working, I'll wait, I guess.

    If you're talking about my current membership that theoretically expires in December, I paid with store credit. Since the new Plus membership doesn't add on to time at the end of the previous one, I didn't purchase at this time.

    The problem I'm having now, along with many other people, is that some part of the system thinks I'm Daz Base rather than Daz Plus, even though my current membership doesn't expire until December. Discounts are still acting like I'm Daz Plus, but I have no access to the monthly coupons, which have disappeared from my account, and the membership page shows my current tier as "Daz Base" which is flat out wrong.

    Actually ... I wonder if perhaps the payment method may be part of what's wrong with the display? If you paid with a method that's no longer used, the system may be confused about how to track things. If no payment method is present -- and since they've removed Store Credit as an option, no method could be present -- then clearly you haven't paid for membership and thus are Daz Base. But this is absolutely wrong for anyone who decided to retain their old Daz Plus membership until it expired.

    It would be interesting to know if this has hit everyone who retained the previous membership, or only those who paid with store credit.

    Ah, OK. I didn't realize that was an expandable display, since it wasn't an expandable display before. Coupons actually are present, but membership tier is being misreported.

    Please don't, we have passed the details of some victims on to Daz and they are looking into it - and also looking at the 12 for 12 issue, so please hold off on tickets for the things which may be dealt with en masse

    Logged out, cleared Daz cookies, cleared cache, logged back in.

    I don't undrstand the pricing:

    The bundle is more than the sum of its parts. In the cart it seems to be the same.

    Hi, should we add this here? I'm also one of those who's membership status is reported wrong on the website. I'm DAZ+ through November, but my account says 'membership n/a' under status, and reports me as DAZ base below that. Coupon is there. Should we raise tickets?

    Lots of the items in the Recently Mad list ( https://www.daz3d.com/recently-mad-items ) are not showing the 30% discount and do not get the 50% Gold Star discount when added to the cart. I only get 5%, which shows I have the Gold Star.

    There's also products in the list that do show the 30% off but don't get the 50% with a gold star, see example. It happened with basically every item I tried though. Maybe the category is broken? Or it might be me again of course ...

    Actually, I would say no - as long as the membership is working (you get   discounts, coupons can be used, for Prmier any dependent features in DS work) then it is a known, and purely cosmetic, issue so not adding a ticket will, at least until we say it should be fixed in general, leave more attention free for those who do have issues.

    As far as I can tell, none of the items in the "Recently Mad Releases" category have the discount applied properly

    Can corroborate. None of the Recently Mad items I've tried are working correctly as part of the sale.

    Some of the stuff wasn't supposed to be in there, and some needed to be fixed, but it should be working now. Be sure to do a hard refresh first if not seeing a difference and let us know if things are still not working.

    Even after a hard refresh, none of the Recently Mad I've tried are discounting properly--I get 37% even though the page says a Gold Star gives 50%. Newly Mad work fine.
