I cannot find them for the life of me. What's the freebie for February? And where can I find it.

Weekly freebies are updated on Tuesdays, when Daz+ new releases come out. Monthly freebies are updated on Tuesdays or Fridays, depending on which one is first after the new month starts.
So for February, I'd expect them to be announced tomorrow (Tuesday, February 4, Daz time).
