It's the "Simple Leather" texture addon for AlphaKini for Genesis 2 and 3 Female(s), it was a freebie from Aeon Soul. It was posted and available at DeviantArt, but they closed their account their and It's not available on their ArtStation account. You might be able to PM them here, or leave a message on ArtStation if your really interested in it.
Aeon Soul uses for their Aki Bodypaints that outfit, I think. And in the listing for items used for the promo one can find the AlphaKini Bundle by them and the AlphaKini Wasteland addon is mentioned. I think (!) that it is a retextured version of one of the Wasteland texture sets.
