I would really like to see a great variety of normal hairstyles and clothes, like those that boys and girls wear in everyday life in Adachi Mitsuru's manga.

Have you looked through older hairs, Like Genesis 1 or 2, V/M 3 and 4? A lot of hairs like what you're requesting, many even for free.
Yes, but the results are not comparable to those obtained with products specifically designed for this purpose.
It sounds like you would like brand new products for filatoon, and that is great but may take time for PAs to get them into the market. I have a list of PAs and two outfits that have created hairs and clothing in the style you posted. For hair, go past any of the newer hair with curves and look at the older hairs. For clothing, some of the PAs do a variety of styles of clothing, shaders, hairs (skip over the recent hairs if they use Omni Shaders), ... and you may have to go through pages to find something you like. I pulled from G1 to G9 options to match some of your items.
You would have to convert them to filatoon, or experiment with turning them from Iray to 3DL, then toon them? I have only played a little with the filatoon shader so far, so I am not sure how easy this would be. And I have no idea if you can first update an item and then transform it to filatoon and it will look good.

I did not specifically look at Daz Originals, since there are over 21,000 items now there. I also didn't look at texture artists, but if you do, you might find some Daz Originals.

I, too, have been playing with this, and I saw my name on the list (thank you).
I have been having great fun applying the toon shader to clothing and getting excellent results.
Furthermore, I was quickly able to convert my afton outfit over to work with the toon shader presets, and it was so much fun.
Likewise, I was worried about the hair. After years of working in DS with all the different generations, I was worried how the current hairs were going to look.
Again, I was super happy with my results. I applied a hair, converted the texture with the base toon shader and then applied the toon shader hair preset.
Here are my results using a regular hair and updating it with the toon shader.
I think it came out pretty good.
I always like to play with what I've got and then make the rest. So I wish you the best of luck!

Perhaps so far I haven’t used the correct procedure to change the shaders. Now, I’ll try to do it the way you did.
