[Hard Disk crash some files not reinstalling even thou I have purchesed them] For example, I have purchased and installed the Floyd character, both the base character and the HD versions but Daz studio is saying it can load the files even thou I see the files in the file manager.

How did you install them? Can you check the log and see if there's a more detailed error message?
Moved to techncial help as it is not a Daz Studio application issue, edited for Please put your question in the post body and the title - Daz 3D Forums , the screenshots of your folders are unreadable - please attach them at ffull size.
My log file just says "2024-10-02 11:48:23.824 [INFO] :: Could not open file : /People/Genesis 8 Male/Characters/Floyd 8.duf
File does not exist." and yet if I open Windows Eplorer I can load the file that way
What about the installation method? Do you work with Daz Studio online?
