Are these the shortest flash sales ever? They are barely lasting 2 hours, if that. I was loading up on a few G2F clothing items and the sale was gone before I could get to checkout. However if you are on certain pages eg another ongoing sale it still says the G2F sales are active ... Well just a couple of weeks until the PA sales so may as well save my money and hope for a good deal then. :)
Yep I had an item in my cart, then 2 minutes later it was full price. Doh !

The promo said "flash", but half of them are gone already.
what the heck!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to get Giselle 6, went down to the gas station real quick, came back and the flash sale is over?!?! They should be calling these BLINK sales. Kind of upset about this one! DAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sheesh. If you're on the Genesis 2 Male flash sale page, you can see the banners for the flash sales for Genesis 2 females and clothing - but they are not on flash sale.
Not good.
I got some stuff in my wishlist today that were in the male flash sale .. Unfortunately I can not download them until tomorrow or until daz get the dowload files fix. :(
Right. I noticed that too. I was at least able to get Giselle 6 off the Clothing sale but at $25 for the starter bundle. DAZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having all kinds of paypal problems in relation with daz too, slow, and orders saying they didn't go through, etc. I picked up Michael 6 and it's saying that can't be d/l or installed by DIM, but has to be done manually. I wonder if that is just a mistake? Daz got all kinds of problems today and last night.
I think they are referring to the current technical issue with that notice.
Thats what I was hoping....and thinking. I'd refuse to believe M6 can't be d/l via DIM. Wouldn't make sense. Thanks.
I imagine because of the technical problems and the Flash Sales it has to be a their worse nightmare at DAZ.
That Genesis 2 Female flash sale was a rotten thing they did to remove that like they did. If its a BLINK sale they need to list it as such, I really wanted just the base Giselle figure, but instead got it off the posing sale as a starter bundle, really didn't want to pay that much, but at least I did get it. Really wanted to get the G2F/V6 Glute Control by Zev0 too, come back from gas station knowing its a flash sale, thinking I have all day and..............GONE! Wow! That's just not right.
Yeah, I'm not buying anything. If I have to rush against a clock and then be disappointed during checkout, screw it. If shopping isnt fun, I don't shop.
The gen2 cloths flash sale was up for just 1 hour .A hour in which i was trying to work out why none of the content i already paid for is working.Got to checkout and it ends :(. Also still cant access any of the stuff i paid for . Least they can do is put the flash sale back up are let people know whats going on are refund the stuff i cant download
Hang tight, you'll be able to download. They have made remarkable progress. Keep checking your product library.
Seconded — I'd nearly settled on a cartful of G2F goodies when everything suddenly went back to full price. I was halfway to doing the same with G2M stuff that had been on my "thinking bout it" list for ages when I just said fugeddaboutit and tossed the lot back into my wishlist. Too much bother; there's always the PC/PA sales coming up. Hopefully in a sane fashion.
thats why I always check to see if any of the flash sale items are my wish list and opick them up frist. they should be called gone in the blink of a eye sale..lol
It's now definitely better than it was last night or even a few hours ago: my newer purchases now show up. Download for some products is slow but that was the case even before this weekend's borking

I don't even get a chance to see a Flash Sale these days - they all seem to be at night when those of us in the UK etc are asleep!!!!
Well, we try to go to bat for you, but they don't listen to us. We've commented over and over again that the timing of the sales are discriminatory. To add insult, have you read the latest red banner, saying they tossed us a bone with the Flash Sales to make up for the product download snafu?
Nope, no banner except the one about slow downloads!
It's gone now, but that was the one. They had put up a new one after the first one, saying the downloads would be fixed early today or by this evening (and they must be fixed as the banner is now gone.) It said to the effect they gave us some Flash sales to compensate for the delay in the product downloads. It was the second paragraph.

I would have bought more, had I known how much time I had left before the sale expired, and all the items in my cart went back to regular price. Just sayin'.
