I've read in many threads that we should have our budget ready for September and October.
What can we expect in September and October?
Are lots of new items coming? Are there going to be huge sales? Are we getting lots of coupons?

Lots of new items, and even more sales. There might, or might not be, another Punch-fest. There might also be coupons, or might not be.
But generally, expect to spend more money than you intend to.
(It's the annual Platinum Club sale, and if you are a member thereoff, you can expect some nice deals.)
September is the annual PA sale, and October is PC anniversary month. So yes, big sales and lots of new items.
The sales have changed from year to year, but PA sale usually involves some kind of "buy the new item by this PA and get a discount on their back catalog" and a huge "every PA item is on sale for a few days" at the end of the month. PC anniverary usually means PC members get bigger discounts on DAZ Originals, some free products and special bundles. Once again there's a big sale, usually focussing more on DAZ Originals, and there's often a big daz Original release.
I'm looking forward to the PA sale. I have a wishlist stuffed with items by Stefan "Stonemason" Morrell.

That is why I held off buying any g3f stuff I have enough female stuff to last a life time. what I am lacking is good Male a stuff g2m was seriuouly lacking in content

Based on past experience - depleted savings, maxed out credit cards, possible fiscal meltdown; credit cards cowering in closets, hiding under beds, and threatening self-destruction in shredders. Semi-insane sales, some of which might require a degree in advanced marketing concepts to fully figure out. A veritable plethora of product proudly presented by PAs or for PC members.
Also much rejoicing, even gloating on deals obtained; comments on wish-list depletion, mixed with contemptuous content quibbles.
Wouldn't miss it for the world - just remember to bring popcorn.
It changes each year. It may or may not be exciting to you if you like to buy stuff. Last year and the year before were kinda blah IMO. If you like to spend, then yeah its the time to have money ready. You will likley be spending lots of time trying to figure out the best way to save.
If playing the meta game that is buying on sale is not exciting to you then it won't be a big deal. But even then you might find one or two irresitible deals you have to get, so it's worth check each day if even for just a few minutes.
Live on popcorn for two months?
So far it sounds like it IS goind to be a big deal for me.
Luckily, I have all the stuff I NEED at the moment, the rest of my wish-list can wait a while. I'm already getting excited to find out how much of it I can get within a great deal.
That or any new male release, count me out.

Oh, one more question. :) If something is on sale during this two-month period, let's say 60% off, can I "safely" buy it, or is there a change that it will be 70% off the next day? (Apart from the possible punches that earn a bigger and bigger discount.)
PA giveaway is not till December.

As for any other sales....????? You do realize it's almost Halloween and therefore a great time to hand out freebies, especially for new models. That and Christmas are when I tend to see that.

Hey, there are the occasional sets and props in there. I mean Stonemason usually has one really cool new place for the Pretty White Girls in Skimpwear to be every year. ;)

Predictions -
9 more nearly identical white girls for G3F will be introduced - Nancy, Fancy, Trixie, Pixie, Suzi, Schmoozy, Frankie, Spankie and Kevin (not a male moprhs package, just named after someone at DAZ's eccentric "Aunt".).
All Pro bundles for G2F products will be free to prior purchasers of those same bundles.
Two new male base figures will be released for G2M (this info has actually already been given by DAZ.) They will be named Stump and Trump, but as no vendors will want to bother with making male clothing anymore, their Pro Bundles will instead contain an assortment of bikinis, negligees and a re-fit of one of the barrells from Faveral's wine cellar.
Bryce will be pulled from the store for repackaging after pro-strip mining activists protest that there is far too much greenery in the promotional illustrations. An apoplectic Chohole will respond by making a 3D render of her "big stick" and go on a violent rampage that's stopped only by the release of Bryce 7.2.
DAZ Marketing will implement a new marketing promotion so insanely complex that no one will ever understand it... including the store software, which will ultimately go insane, change it's name to Skynet ansd seek to destroy huimanity rather than factor out how many bouncie-bouncie points each customer earns in the Shrodinger's Rabbit Hopscotch With Pineapple Sauce Jubillee.
In a surprise move, DAZ will introduce auto-fit clones and UV maps to adapt Victoria 1 shapes and textures to G3F.
G3M will call and say that he's had an operation and will instead show up in the store as G3F2.
DAZ stock will crater when it's discovered that prolonged exposure to iRay causes impotence in men and excessive body hair growth in women.
And, finally, in a move no one understands, DAZ emplyees will show up at random customers' houses and force them to take Cory bundles.
Based on just today's flash sales, I think I'm beginning to understand why these two months will cost a lot of money... :)
