How to disable yellow outline?(Not yellow highlighted area on body parts.)

How can I disable this yellow outline? I've tried changing this bounding box option, but it's not working. I can not select other parts or it appears around that other area too. Please help, it's so annoying.

That is the Region Selection tool, I don't believe it can be switched off since the bounding box of the mesh probably would not be useful.
2024 and wondering this too. It's annoying when you try and adjust the materials of - for example, the eyes.
