Looks fabulous Pen! I like the way RAWN's character rendered here.
WIP, I have to go back and touch up some areas. I feel like this scene is calling for some smoke coming from her gun barrels, which will also help fill some of the empty space in the upper left frame.
Maybe some bullet casings on the ground too.
Nice, and yes, those suggested improvements could be good.
CHEERS!
Still trying to come to terms with Iray but I think I'm getting closer.
I'm still trying to sort out the lighting, but here is G3F. It could be a lot better I know.
She's wearing a sundress and flipflops that I made for her and will be available later.
Looking good,
I am at a similar stage myself.
CHEERS!
Very nice. I love the realism of this slightly more mature character. I've had that issue with part of the backlit hair showing solid white rather than transparent. It's not that obvious here but it still looks off to me? There's a thread here somewhere about it. I do hope somebody finds a solution.
If you have a light with geometry behind an object with cutout opacity the bit of the light behind the object won't be invisible. Its annoying, but you can generally just move the light up a bit and it doesn't effect the scene lighting that much.
But yes hoping next update that it stops doing that.
My first z-brush head morph for G3F. The mesh topology does feel better and more evenly laid out than G2F. Exciting to have a brand new Genesis mesh to play with, I look forward to G3M.
Here is my first render with Victoria 7. The background is a backplate from an HDR image.
This is a set of separate head and body morphs I did in ZBrush with G3F.
those morphs look very nice ;)
G3F with V7 partial body morph. Face morphs taken from Genesis and G2F. Rendered in Daz/Iray and postwork in GIMP.
Does anybody know why G3 animation created using Motionbuilder exported as BVH motion files to be imported into DAZ doesn't seem to work? V4 and G2 based BVH files imported to DAZ from Motionbuilder work perfectly fine but G3 doesn't even when bone mapped correctly doesn't seem to take. Only translations, rotations to the hip are animated, nothing else. Seems the hierarchy breaks when you get to the shoulders for bone mapping, very strange.
Here's my first V7 simple render using Dimension Theory's iRadiance - HDRI Variety Pack One.
V7 and using one of Dimention Theory's hdri sets.
