Forest house - two questions

I have two question about this product: Forest House | Daz 3D

1. The furnitures and other props aren't listed in the 'What's Included' so I assume they are not included. How about the kitchen appliances and the fireplace?

2. The building seems to come without a bathroom, right?

    The fireplace has a light On/Off material state given, so I would read that as the fireplace being present. I'd be astonished if the built-in kitchen isn't included. As for the other furniture - it's not mentioned so may not be there. But it may be.. insufficient information. It's why I like the clay renders that DAZ used to insist on so you got to see exactly what's there. If you like it enough to get it without furniture & then find it has, I suspect you'd be pleased.

    As for the second question.. I think you may be correct, and your characters will find out an answer to the age old question about bears. There doesn't seem to be space anywhere for a WC in the layout visible.

    Funny. I was thinking the same when I saw the house with full size windows all the way round - where is the toilet...

     That's where the "forest" part of the "Forest House" comes in.

    It seems to be based on the historic Edith Farnsworth House, designed by Mies van der Rohe. It's a US National Historic Landmark. https://edithfarnsworthhouse.org/ There are two bathrooms in the real house, located in the central module that has the kitchen on one side and fireplace on the other.

    Does seem to have at least some furniture like a bed, bed cover, bedroom chair, bedroom table etc The items can be found listed under "/data/human/Forest House S/..."

    There are props included - see attached list.

    There is no bathroom only a somewhat-narrow void where a bathroom should be. I suppose if you bring a sledgehammer to knock through the wall and bring some other assets with you then you can probably squeeze one in there.
