    Enjoyable thread.  This is my first published render, so I'm wide open to critique.

    I started out trying to make a more Halloween-inspired thing, but changed course when a new interpretation became more apparent.  I hope to capture a moment with extreme Depth of Field.  Titled Simmering Sibling.

    @dave_in_tenn your characters are good ,the DOF ,is good,the peeved face is good ,personally though I'd adjust the pose of the seated girls legs........I'm short so I tried holding my legs in that position and it's hard ,so maybe put one leg back closer to the seat and leave the other leg out like she is swinging it ...... just my thought .

    Thanks for the use of your eyes!  I did some pose adjustments and, of course, the shin bone's connected to both the thigh bone and the foot bone...so after some twiddling I think she looks more comfortably awkward. laugh   It's a good look, and I can live with it if she can.

     

    Also did some lighting and tone adjustment.

    I love the expression on the face.  Personally I'd probably use less dof so it isn't quite as blurred but that's a really subjective thing. Overall it's a good render which expresses emotions.

    This was the scene that I thought would come out the worst, and I was so surprised at how much I ended up loving it/how realistic it looked to me

    Hello everyone!. I'm trying to learn Unreal Engine 5 and imported one of my characters to Metahuman. I like the hair but selection is limited and I'm too amateur in the 3D world to import DAZ clothes into it (yet). Hope you like it!
