Items in Keiko premium bundle not shown as purchased

  Bought the bundle too, but can't download it - stuff not visible anywhere!

  Same problem here :( , bundle bought in no time but *nothing* in product library, as bundle or individual products (the "manual download" link from Orders page shows a page with the bundle picture, but nothing more, like if the product hadn't been released yet, no way to download the files). I hope it will be fixed soon, I couldn't wait to play with that new hair...

  Can we also report the confusion of all the bundles for Keiko?

  Keiko 6 Starter Bundle
  Keiko 6 Pro bundle
  Keiko 6 Mega Manga Bundle
  Keiko 6 Add-on Bundle

  I have the Mega Manga bundle, but realized that this didn't include everything. Was looking at the Add-on bundle, but some items seem to be present in more than one bundle, so now I'm not sure what to do.

  It feels messy.

  What are you finding as confusing? I see the Mega Manga has the items in the other two packs. The add-on came out well after and none of those items are in any of the previous packs.

  It's probably the classic problem that higher level bundles don't 'include' the mid-level bundles. So the mega bundle has all the items from the Pro bundle, but not the pro bundle itself, so the pro bundle still shows up as unpurchased, even though it essentially has been. Same for the Starter. It's frustrating, but it's always been the case even in the old pre-Magento store.

  I'm looking forward to this (the Keiko Bonus bundle) working, as I really want to play with that hair. :-)

  I guess I see what you're saying, though, having bought the pro bundle, I would not expect the starter to show as purchased since that's a different sku. I only ever expected the products within that sku and the starter wasn't actually a sku within the pro bundle, only the individual parts.

  Nope - just SKU21085 on my invoice, which leads to a "manual download" button, and nothing extra in my Product Library.

  Still not showing up in my product library, not hiding the components when 'hide items I own' is checked, not showing up in DAZ Install Manager...it's pretty broken. I'm surprised; this is the longest I've seen a problem persist in a while. Probably the long, family-oriented weekend...

  I have the same problem here too.
  I bought the bundle yesterday and I hoped that the missing downloads would have been fixed by now. :-/

  I can't say exactly when it was fixed as I wasn't on the computer in the last 2 hours, but it's working now, it seems :)

  OK, support was having trouble reproducing the image as someone had written Pro Bundle rather than premium when reporting. The bundle should now be fixed, or will be once the system has updated.

  I didn't notice in promos that the inner ears hair was white, but this can be changed with surface tab easily. Really happy with that hair :)
