    @azoohouse - aha, Castaway is one of the (many many) films I've never seen.
    @barbult #3 - oh I love that one with the aging adventurers, very well done (and I have actually seen THAT film!)
    @emsim #1 - ha, nice one! Though the lander has got so close, I'm not sure what will happen when that cannon goes off...
    @Totte #4 - I hope they realise they've taken on more than they can handle - 3 versus 2 just isn't enough when the PMS kicks in! (and thanks for you comments, yes I love a crowd even if my PC is not so keen :) )

    Luci, good to see the differently-handsome having fun :). Zawarkal, the render is so energetic I could not gaze at it as long as I would like to, but it is really filled with an oxymoronic harmony of chaos so descriptive of physics. Nice works of your draws both.

    So wonderful and stranger. "stranger and stranger..." I think Alice said that. What the Bleep and And Wonderland are great together and this is and awesome brilliant render. I especially love the area around the teacup, all the stuff going on there, and the stream of tea and the contorted figure watching it.

    BTW, barbult, thanks for asking about my eyes. I can't see the computer real well now, will need new glasses which I won't get for a few more weeks when my eyes settle down. Easier to do renders than read text, but I am trying to keep them simpler.

    Sorry y'all, there was a small bit of madness to my distractions away from that first poll of mine. I stopped following this thread after page 8, and kind of decided the distraction was necessary for my DS experience.

    I have done several renders with the lights used in that RRRR attempt of mine, and I can't seam to get the grainy shadows to reappear. Yet with that set, there they are.

    I've gone so far as to set the the omUber lights to 512 samples (128 on the DzSpot lights), with no change to the graininess at all. It's there in Progressive Render, or All out mode. The render tab shadow samples has not left 64 for a few months now (that can't go higher).

    I've either found a bug in Studio 4.7, or http://www.daz3d.com/the-locker-room is broken. Thoughts?
    (The attached render crops was at Pixel Samples 16x16, SR 0.01, Pixel filter "Sinc" at 16x16)

    And here I was ripping shadow and shading-rate settings apart. Good ketch, Time to think about this If all the mats look like this. (Edit, The floor is to small, or not?)
