Can you change the default colour of Daz studio

I am fed up to the back teeth of the light grey text on mid grey background with dark grey boxes.

its hard to read and see clearly.

I am still using the last  Daz studio not 4.20

So as it says above, can it be done or do I need to go looking for a hacker
