Any shirts out there with an upturned collar?

I have been searching for some kind of shirt (preferrably a polo shirt or a dress shirt for males) with an upturned collar. Does anyone know of any? Or can point me in the right direction on how I might be able to modify something myself (I still consider myself a newbie, so I can't create something on my own from scratch, but I'm willing to look into different ways to modify an existing product.)?
