  The hair looks like drago hair to me (https://www.daz3d.com/drago-hair-and-beard-with-dforce-for-genesis-3-and-genesis-8-males). As for the steampunk glasses, they are largely used as protective goggles I think, from dust and coal cinders when driving/flying etc. and also protection when working with chemicals and machines. Someone else may know more...

  The one-eye goggle is more of a mystery - maybe something with a built-in magnifying glass or mechanical tech?
