Alexa Hair to Blender via Diffeo

I'm trying a new scene with a character wearing Alexa Hair. I don't get any errors in Studio or Blender, but when I use Diffeo to move the scene to Blender, the character only has a skull cap instead of the hair. Has anyone encountered this with Alexa Hair or items similar? How do I fix it?

    I switched to Whitney Hair and it seems to have translated ok. Here is a WIP render via Cycles X.

    Yeh, it converted for me the second time; first time i did get an error.

    Did you do anything differently the second time? I've tried several times and still the same issue. I do stand corrected in the lack of an error message. This was on the colse:

    GPU failed to find function node_bsdf_hair
