Can't identify straight off, but pretty certain is a Mousso figure, the family resemblance is strong.

This hair, https://www.daz3d.com/bayla-hair-for-genesis-8-females, was done by SWAM. I am not sure if this PA is another one who has their own characters that are not for sale. Many of the models seem to be of a type.

Idea is that many/most DAZ users do not simply load 100% of 1 model. This model could be a blend of multiple features from different girls / morphs bundles. Maybe even some facial features created in ZBrush or Blender, with a few strokes of a brush you can really change totally a face.
This one look great, I most definitely agree, but in my opinion it's a mix of multiple models. Although there's definitely a large chunk of Mousso's work in there.
You might not find it all made. The artist maybe his own custom morph, which is after all the most rewarding way of using DAZ's excellent morphing abilities.

Could be a different texture. there is no rule saying you have to use a pre made character as is and many don't.
