Marionette. . .That's the part I have but the sleeves and jacket and neck piece???
I'm pretty sure the neck piece is from Farshadow.

(I really like that chunky gem piece in the necklace, so I've used it before.)
EDIT: I'd suspect the sleeves & jacket to be "Steampunk", but maybe in the Edwardian or Victorian bins.
Found it! The "Jacket" from dForce Sparrows Mage Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s). It has been re-textured because none of the presets in the base or add-on have those materials.
