(I really like that chunky gem piece in the necklace, so I've used it before.)

EDIT: I'd suspect the sleeves & jacket to be "Steampunk", but maybe in the Edwardian or Victorian bins.

Found it! The "Jacket" from dForce Sparrows Mage Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s). It has been re-textured because none of the presets in the base or add-on have those materials.
