I think the last three items in the list on the promo page are additions (still older items though, but it gives more chances for people not to already own everything).
Tough Life Poses was one of the 3 items that was added to the add-ons BUT it is not counting as one of the 3 items needed to trigger the additional discount

So...I own every add-on for this promo except for TWO. So, basically, I'm just screwed? No additional discount on the bundles, nor on the add-ons...all because DAZ already has my money? As a long-time customer and PC+ member...that's really disappointing. I like a lot of what's in the bundles, but putting OLD items that many customers will already own into a promotion, then tying a discount to having to purchase them? Doesn't inspire me to want to KEEP giving DAZ my money.
Still can't get 3 items to get the discount. :( How about automatically giving the discount to people who cannot choose 3 items from the list? Addons for the extra discount used to be new items that we can actually choose. Not old items we already have.

I still own all the 'addons' but the one that's actually new. (And the HD morph, but, umm, it's included in BOTH the bundles. I like the change to including the HD in the bundle(s) but that's not helping if you also call it an addon.)
You could always open a ticket to look beseechingly at support.
Ah, yes; but with the weekend coming up the deals will probably be gone long before the ticket gets attended too.
Just saw that the current DO props sale honours PC+ membership discounts and adds the new discount to them, great! That's a change (back) for the better, much appreciated.
That's okay ... they do keep records as to what was where in sales. Just have the screenshots of all the important information to share their way.
Unfortunately, there's no guarantee they'd honor the discount. The sale is an 'all items must be in cart' sale. It requires three items be bought from a list that for at least some people functionally only contains one unpurchased item. It's possible that if I bought it with that one item and put in a ticket because I own everything else they'd be nice and honor the discount in a day or a week or two when they get to the ticket. It's also possible they'd tell me that the terms of the sale are the terms of the sale. It's not that the discount isn't working, it's that they populated the 'addons' category with old content.
True enough. It was meant as a generally speaking it can be worth it to put in a ticket.
I did not buy a lot this month - which is fine, saving money for next month's sales :-) Several times I had a relatively [for me] large cart loaded, and then coupons would not apply :-( So dumped cart and moved on. I do not find "old items" an incentive to buy "new items" ... the overall sales gimmicks this month have not exactly been making a lot of sense. Sometimes, {previous sales} if one bought a bundle, and then bought an add-on EVEN if it was part of the bundle, the overall price was lower than not buying the repeat add-on. In which case, who cares, throw it all in the cart and for the price of the bundle get a bunch of extra goodies [some of which one may already own]. The couple of times I tried with this particular bundle deals, nothing was making working sense so nothing was purchased. I'll just wait and pick up the parts I want at some other time. This isn't a business for me to have to have the latest and newest of every character for a paying audience.
The currently advertised flash sale isn't working.
The screenshots are essential, as Customer Service, like everything else at DAZ, has really gone downhill lately. The last time I had to deal with them I felt like I was writing to bot rather than a flesh and blood human, and they seemed to have no idea of what the promotion I was refering to was, let alone any record of it.
The old items as throw-ins wouldn't be such a bad deal if they didn't keep reusing the same tired items over and over again in such tiny batches. Unfortunately, the DAZ store seems to be stuck in it's own "Groundhog's Day" effect, repeating endlessly ad infinitum, and there seems to be absolutely no hint of that changing. So, needless to say, the promotions have become less and less appealing since I've long since mined out everything I really wanted, as well as most of the things that I'll take if they were dirt cheap, and am now working through things that I might theoretically find a use for sometime between now and when the sun turns cold. Old generation Pro bundles? Have them all. DAZ originals in general? Just about all that's left are expression sets that just slow down load times, texture sets for V4 era and earlier clothes and props, and add-ons for ancient stand-alone characters like Cookie, so I'm often looking at completely empty pages where the promo items are supposed to be. And I've somehow ended up with a huge collection of Cookie crud.

I've got DOs in my cart and it's discounting.
I made sure the cart didn't have 50.00 worth in it and add Mr. Banks from that group and got the discount. Then I removed the coupon and made the cart with over 50.00. It took the discount for having 50.00. I added the coupon back and it discounted further.

The promo page says "Free items are BACK", but I'm fairly certain that some of the listed items were never offered as free items before.
FREE Items Are Back! the list is messed up it's full of still new items that don't work. and one item is still loading... loading.... in the list.
There are new items in the "Free Items are BACK" section but they do not turn free in the cart.

This section looks a bit off : 50% off Featured Artist Stores. A number of items that were there yesterday are not present today, even though the artists are mentioned in the list with some artists being on the list with none of their items showing up.
