Can this site stop signing me out so often?
It logged me out THREE times during this one week already... I was on same PC with same browser...
This is getting very tiring.

Didn't happen to me. Did you maybe use a software to optimize your pc, which deletes cookies? Some Anti Virus programs also do that...
No, and other sites do not unsign me at random.
Perhaps its temporary? In previous months this didnt happen to me.
It's happening to me today, too, on iPad and on PC as well.
I remember now this happened to me some months ago, at first I thought it would be because I use a tablet for the site and a pc for the software. It stopped and I hadn't any problems since.
This use to be a problem. I would be logged out a few times a day if I was away from the computer for more than an hour. I'm on from about 5am-10pm daily and it hasn't happened to me in about 5 months, maybe a bit longer.
Happens to me all the time, I am on latest Firefox. Logged out about 3 times last week, sometimes while I am actually browsing the forums.
its an ongoing issue for quite some time now.
and no. it's not going to be fixed. seems no one that runs the site can duplicate it... so... no fixy.
I should add. When it happens, it looks like site partially considers me logged in and partially considers me unlogged.
E.g. it stil shows "new" marking near threads, but when you go into them it says "wait till we sign you out".
I use Chrome. I did have the problem all the time on Firefox.
it signs me out every day on my Win7 on Chrome, sometimes more than once a day.
I get a few days on my Win10 on Chrome.
My ipad on Safari it mostly stays signed in for a week or more.
all used to sign me out daily last year.
Signed out every day on Edge.
No problems whatsoever with Firefox though.
I'm on Chrome and I get it a lot, sometimes when I'm in the middle of something on the site. Very annoying.
In my opinion the signing in is much more annoying than the signing off. Because it always moves you to your profile page no matter what, which can also make it easy to lose track of that one interesting thread you wanted to respond to, yet when you logged in....
I find it ironic that I went to read this thread and got signed out... but by ironic I mean annoying and not surprising.
Happens to me at least daily, if not multiple times per day, and without fail every time I go to the forums.
Backspace will return you to the thread and leave you logged in.
I usually log out when I'm done, but if I forget to log in at the store (opens first) and come to the Forums, I get the same "wait till we sign you out", even though I logged out the previous time in the Forums.
