    At this point I am not sure what to suggest to you to fix this. I even downloaded the firefox browser on my iphone to recreate your problem. While the popup does pop up, I can close it out no problem. My only difference when pulling up daz on that browser on my phone from yours is I have about an inch of empty space over to the right of the screen (are you zoomed in to make it fit? if so then it won't show the x to close the popup). Once I closed the popup, it hasn't come back again. The only thing I can suggest is to delete and reinstall the firefox app on your phone. The thread you are refering to went dead a month and a half ago so I assume the original problem has been looked into and fixed. Tested with an Iphone 12 with the latest IOS update and the latest version of the FF browser.

    Wellll... Until there comes a time when I can render on my iphone I'm sort of in front of a computer anyway when I am thinking of DAZ.  Just sayin'

    I can't even get the popup to show itself on my android phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) using firefox, chrome, and the built-in browser.

    I did manage to get to show up using Firefox focus though, but the button to close it was easy to hit and I didn't see it after that.

    As far as webpage layouts and ease of use go.I'd rather shop here.

    Rendo has lost thousands in sales from me because I literally can't find anything there.

    The few items I have purchased from there I found by plain old luck.

    I've posted in the forums there and even sent emails.I don't think anyone over there is the least bit interested in my opinion.

    Well, it's causing them to lose money in cakes, so I would think that they would care and others are also having this problem 

    Don't even try to say you have spent loads of money here, there will always be people jumping out to say they spent way more than you (hundreds of pages of product library, over hundreds of thousands dollars spent etc) I agree you should file a ticket and see how long does it take to resolve your problem.

    That is even more of a reason -- if I am having this problem and others are having this problem, then maybe some of those others spend even more than I do and they are also not able to make purchases

    No pop up on Apple devices using Safari. I couldn’t even signup for the newsletter if I wanted to and had to contact CS to get on the mailing list.

    I agree with Rendo. It is an absolute nightmare to navigate. I would take Daz and thier kinda halfway works search anyday!

    I can verify that I've had it show up on my iPhone 12 Pro, running iOS 14.5.1, in the Safari, Epic, Firefox, and Chrome browsers provided that I wasn't logged in.

    It didn't show up using Brave browser, regardless of whether the shields were enabled or not.

    When it did show up (four out of five browsers that I tried), it was after I'd scrolled a little bit. Given how slow, buggy, and occasionally broken Daz's site scripting is, I'm not sure whether to attribute that to the script for the popup just taking a long time to load in or to the thing only getting triggered after a certain amount of interaction. I will say that closing it was easy and I didn't have it return once I'd done so.

    can we vote on the webp thing?

    it puts me off shopping,

    hammering at the download waiting for the jpg

    i've been saving the whole html page just to get the jpg, but its junkinh up my hd
