  Did you do the Scene Identification swap or did you Autofit?

  Autofit tends to blow up filesize, I think. It saves all the adjusted bits onto your scene.

  As Blurst said, if you Autofit, it will bloat your scene. A fix for this is to save it as an Asset. This will use some space on your disk, as you are basically creating a new product, but it won't bloat your scenes.
