Where is the 'store' tap?

In the tutorial lecture, there was a store tap, but I can't see it. How can I open it?

It has been removed, I'm afraid.
I can't find the download link anywhere. Has support been discontinued? Could you please direct me to the download link if possible?
What download link? As I said, there is no Store tab currently.
