  I think this is a P3D character but still can't locate the hair.  Anyone?

  It looks like the exact same character from the Nyo hair promos, in which case the notes say it's Minto.

  Also, I have Minto and at $30.00 it's an absolute steal. Not only is it a good model, it has like a million clothing options and props.

  I also have Minto and I agree about the value, but I feel like she isn't the character in this promo. The makeups don't match up and it seems like the overal shape of the face is different.

  The Nyo Hair page lists Minami and Minto as the models, and the one in the front is obviously Minami. So the other one has to be Minto.
