BIG Butt..ons (drive me out of my mind)

Hi Guys, 

Stupid question but how do you get the slide buttons on the user interface to look like these?  Thank you so much in advance!

    Do you mean have different colors?... Sorry if that's not what you were asking.

    Window > Style > Select Style > (choose Highway or Main Street)

    The size of the button sliders.  That's all.
