Downloading Arcane Enchantress Appurtenances for Genesis 8 Female

I left 3D art about 1.5 to 2 years ago I think. I am quite familiar with Daz Install Manager.  So today I purchased Arcane Enchantress. I went to my install manager to download it only to find that it isn't showing up there. I totally forgot about Daz Connect files which this is only available in at least that is what I think it is saying when I look at the item in my product library. However, the item page shows three different options of installing this.. I prefer install manager so I can organize my runtimes the way I like. When I left there was discussion about things only available in Daz Connect becoming available in DIM after a certain amount of time. Is that still true or did I waste my money? I really wanted to use this product very soon.

    Currently, I have found that there is currently no way to download it -- not DIM, not DAZ Central, not manually.  I've sent in a ticket on it.

    As the subject says, as of this post I still don't have a download link for Arcane Enchantress Appurtenances for Genesis 8 Female: https://www.daz3d.com/arcane-enchantress-appurtenances-for-genesis-8-female

    I have a link for the templates, strangely enough, but not for the product itself (either manually or through Daz Central.

    Is there a fix for this?

    The files are indeed problematic, QA is working on this but it looks as if a rebuild may be required so it may take a little while yet.

    That's weird, when I clicked on RandWolfs link, it took me to my product library, yet when I clicked on Abraham Rockwells link it took me to the product page. Why did the first link go to my product library, especially since I never bought this item?

    I hadn't noticed that RandWolf's link was to the Product Library, we usually chnage those since they are useless for those who don't have the product but I won't bother at this late stage.
