Genisis 8.1 Facial Expressions

I don't know if there is another post about this. I can't find one. Anyway, is there a tutorial on using the facial expressions for Genesis 8.1? The little video on the intorduction page goes so fast, I can't tell what they're doing. How do they manipulate the face as in the video? I can't find a tool for it and it looks like they're using the sliders, but I haven't had any luck getting realistic factial expressions on Genesis 8.1 male or female. What am I doing wrong?
