Ivy and moss on props

Hi there everybody,
Could you tell me what's a good solution to cover a prop with ivy and / or moss (so it looks nice)? I only found the "let there be moss" generator , some Hanging ivy props , thats it. I would rather use instances than postwork with brushes, although Id be glad about any help! BTW I render with IRAY.

UltraScatter is a brilliant solution for this. I use it to fill up scenes with plants, rocks and such all the time.
@ziconin_9b28409da2 Thankyou, but ca n you recommend an ivy prop? Afaik ultrascatter doesn't come with one included...
Here's a quick way to cover things in moss using Geoshells.

- Select your prop and create a Geoshell around it (Create -> New Geometry Shell)
- Select the Geoshell, go to surfaces. Apply IRAY Uber shader.
- Here's a free moss texture: https://texturehaven.com/tex/?t=aerial_grass_rock
I used the Diffuse, Displacement, and Normal maps.
- You'll also need an Opacity map. I used one from Grungy Threads but I'm sure you can find one for free. It should be black with irregular white speckles all over.

- Drop the Diffuse map in Base Colour
- Drop the Displacement map in Glossy Layered Weight (I know that's not what the displacement map is technically for, but... whatever), set the value to 1.0
- Glossy Roughness: 1.0
- Drop the Normal map in, well, Normal Map. Value: 1.0
- Drop the Opacity map in Cutout Opacity. Value: 1.0

there's some good moss props on cgtrader just sayin. you can use ultrascatter if you dont want to place manually.
You could always use the ivy generator.
