I'm the same way at the grocery mart. If there isn't a price tag on the shelf for an item, I don't buy it.
I don't mind shaky software so much as someone going in and changing things without reason. I extended my membership by a year using Paypal and then cancelled the paypal side and it kicked me out with 2+ years paid. Got that fixed in a day. But now they have gone back in and denied me 13+ months of the 2 years! I really wish I hadn't extended and I am really not feeling like shopping at Daz at the moment - Sorry PA's.
Assuming you submitted a ticket, please re-open it and we'll get it straightened out.
I'm getting this issue regularly, if I open some product from store to a new tab, I may or may not be logged in in the new tab. Refreshing doesn't help. It seems like it happens with some specific NEW products, some (and probably most) work as usual. E.g. when I try to open the daily new products on a sale page, some open up with me logged in, some don't, which means I can't add them to cart or to wishlist.
I didn't search the whole thread other than the first post. Happens on firefox, didn't try chrome.
EDIT: and the PC+ prices aren't showing either.. but seems like that was reported
Glad to see it's not just me. The entire DAZ store website is pretty much unusable at this point. Seems to be getting worse every day. At this point, I guess I'll take a few weeks break. Might do my wallet some good :)
Good luck getting everything fixed. That has to be a huge headache.
Thanks Jack - I put a ticket in yesterday, but no one has looked at it yet.
Also, more than once, items I owned were not marked as being owned.
No PC pricing on the store page.
This has been reported, Daz thinks it's fixed but we have to wait for the cache to clear through

OK, sorry for not responding. I've been down for a few days, at least my brain was.
I just checked and every prop (that I checked) will now download. Nearly all I tried before wouldn't.
So it could have been anything. Probably should have just rebooted before, for all I know.

Did the Platinum Club non DAZ coupon ever get fixed? Tried to use it today for the first time and it won't work. The DAZ one worked a while ago.
Wouldn't work on a cart it should have so as a test I picked a random non DAZ vendor item from ages ago priced $34.95, no good.

Well, if anyone else goes looking to manually download Daz Studio:
1. The link at the top of the store to "Download Daz Studio" takes you to the Daz Central page, no sign of a link for where to download DS.
2. If it's already in your product list, it looks like there's no longer a download link. That's because unlike all the other products I've checked, the download links got shoved under Description; if you click the down-arrow on that, you can find the manual and DIM links to download.
So my PLatinum Club Annual Membership would not renew automatically as it has done for years. My card works in the shop but I can't get it to work for PC+. I've now been officially ousted from PC+ and when I follow the link to renew my membership I am taken to the PC+ page, where there is no button to purchase PC+! At least, not for me anyway.
What is going on? I submitted a ticket on the 16th of November (355616) but have heard nothing since.
Obviously, I'm not buying anything until it's sorted out.
I'll see if I can get CS to take a look.
Alright, one of the final remaining issues is a problem with our cloud download provider.
Having files occasionally be stuck and fail to download (not the ones giving you a 404, that's a different issue that has to be solved per-product) is a problem that has been coming and going since before the store replacement. I have navigated the support system and am now in touch with someone that can get a sulotion to this problem once and for all, but customer service doesn't have any fresh tickets of downloads stalling out. That is either because all of the stalled download problems have gone away (which would be nice), or people are being nice to customer support right now and holding off on those tickets because they know it will self-resolve in a day or so. The issue is that I need some examples to send to the engineers I am working with.
If you are having problems with files stalling out and failing to download (not immediately failing) and the problem is happening right now, please let me know so we can get this problem solved for everyone and every product.

You only got kicked out of PC+? I'm on Day 6 of being locked out of my account (which is also PC+). I had to open this account as a backup. After not receiving a response from the ticket I filed Sunday morning (355457), yesterday I filed a new ticket and referenced the previous one. My new ticket was answered in a couple of hours with ONLY a notification that it was being closed and merged with my previous ticket---to which I have still received no response (other than the auto-confirmation)! But since I can't get into my account (or DIM or any other aspect of my account) I cannot even add anything to it, and the links in the emails go to Oops pages. Classic Daz.
During the store rebuild I've progressed from inexplicably cancelled PC+ to DIM refusing to download, then my cart going only to an OOPS page, then my long-standing payment method being repeatedly rejected, after which I almost gave up. Then, after the sale, I get an email saying several purchases during the sale were not processed that I made (using a gift debit card which I had to buy because Daz' new store no longer accepts my method of payment that's worked for the last six years). But now, I'm pretty sure they don't like me around here.
Well I have already downloaded all my files, the last several thousand of them after the store update since I just upgraded my disks so I now can store them all, and many failed several or many times but I eventually got them all. I also periodically had problems with nothing showing on the download tab, but that problem stopped for me about a week ago, while failed downloads continued to some extent. But I'll try to delete some large 1+ TB files now and see how they behave when I re-download them with DIM
So far 6 x 1+ TB files downloaded with no problems.
This is really a nonissue as there are ways around it, but it would appear the person behind the scenes tinkering with store filters for the last hour can't seem to get both Genesis 8 Male and Genesis 8 Female filters to show up in the drop down. lol
...Genesis 2 doesn't show at all, either gender.
For me the download problems (with lots of network error messages) were severe last Monday (2020-11-16) for much of the day until sometime before 8pm PST, and after that cleared up almost completely. The last problem I had was on 2020-11-16 21:23 PST, and I just repeated the attempt and it worked, and I have downloaded a large amount of stuff since then with no problems at all times of the day and night.
