I don't know; but I used PayPal yesterday to buy a gift card and it went through seamlessly.
Someone can buy you a gift card if you Paypal them the money. My Paypal isn't working at all now, been that way a week. But I've had no problems in the last week at immediately getting the Gift Card email, so perhaps someone can help you out?
I had no problems with PayPal up till now. Gift Cards went smooth as well. Paying with store credit also no problem. (Firefox on WIN7 64 Pro)

I haven't been able to use Paypal for over a week. It now asks me to sign in or create an account or same as you, redirect back to the stie. So it's not just you.
It is an extra hoop to go through, but have you tried on a different web browser, different computer, different etc.? I had a purchase that was not going through and I switched to another and it went through smoothly.
I'm getting logged out randomly without rhyme or reason, and I DIDN'T have that happening before. Whenever I read folks mentioning about the constant sign in and out, I was glad it wasn't happening to me. Now it is, albeit periodically. It isn't every time. It isn't after ordering, I have done a couple these past few days and didn't get logged out. So I don't know the trigger.

I'm the same concerning G3 as well (cleared a decent bit of my wishlist before the card issue occurrred). I have a few G8 characters (the "unique" ones like Mabel, Floyd, and Edie [only have Vicky by defauly because she was offered for free]), however I also have the G8 - G3 character converter so I don't have to dump a lot of money again into specific resource content to make G8 as useful as G3 for custom character design. I also have the G8 - G3 clothing converters (both genders), though clothing purchases have been rather slim pickings as so much is using dForce which runs like molasses on my old rig.
Need to find some way to scrape up 490$ to get a perpetual personal licence for MD 9 (I have a very old version that no longer qualifies for upgrade discounts).before it goes totally subscription with the rollout of version 10 so I can make my own clothing content.
My DIM Ready to Dowload just went empty once again on two different computers. Has it gone AWOL again?

Working OK here too. Maybe it's been down temporarily because they were working on fixing something, for a file I've been unable to download all day suddenly downloaded in first try.
My sister's is also down on two different computers. It shows things that are already installed, but nothing in Ready to Download. Is it not connecting to the store prroperly? But two of us on four different computers are seeing the same thing.
Check out the new, new improved Product Library pages. Order No. (with timestamp) and Product page links, SKU, collapsible Description and What's Included sections. And, bundles are now itemized, and items in a bundle show which one...
That DAZ Central ad is back, though, and no ReadMe link. Clicking the (smallish) image gives an Oops!, but what did that do before? I can't even remember...
Filters for search results in the store still not working? Back in the old site we could limit or search to figures/poses/environments etc. Also the search was not as strict as it is now. For example, searching "conversation" would bring up a whole lot more search results than it does now and would capture related terms . The new system is a major step back in terms of the search results.
Yeah, so far the whole thing, from a customer point of view has been a "one step forward, two steps back" kind of thing. Hope it'll be worth it in the end.
Recently, switching from "Hide items I own" has gone from showing stuff I don't own, which is expected, to only showing stuff I own, sometimes. Checking and unchecking again often brings the expected results, but it's just so annoying that nothing works even as well as it used to.
Items that have add-ons are still missing them in their respective pages. It's not even a case of having the text there and no images or links like if you own the add-on - there's no add-on section at all for them. Still wondering why this is the case, as there's a lot of add-ons for some items, and they're not all named for the item they are an add-on for...
Still getting download failures on manual downloads for many of my purchased products.
IT SUCKS. Hiding the description in a dropdown? And focusing on Daz Central AGAIN????? We should NOT have to click on the description to read it. COME ON. I am furious about this. When I click through my product library I do NOT need to be clicking AGAIN on each one to read what the MAIN INFORMATION is.
What if you were clicking through your library just to find out how to install DazCentral?
Yep. It would really be a lot better to have the actual description on the page instead of as a drop down However, for me having the order nmber and date as a clickable link is big step forward. If I had to chose between having the order with a drop down description and not having the order with the description directly on the product page, I would chose having the order number and date with the drop down description. But I don't see why we can't have both the order number and the description directly on the library product page.
It's not needed in the Product Library on every product page. Especially since it's all over the store and right there on your main account page
Indeed, especially if the idea is to "help" new users of DS (and computers in general) to get DS going as easy as possible, those users do not even use the Product Library.
I'm hoping to soon receive daily emails reminding me to install DazCentral. Can there ever be too much awareness? I think not.

I agree, and it's so easy to accidentally click on the DAZ Central download link. I don't want that. I'm happy with my Install Manager. And I could barely see those dropdowns with the product description and what's included.
My Ready to Download is back! They probably took it down when they revised the Product Library page. As I mentioned above, I'm ot a fan of the new Product Library.
The new Product Library is terrible and I still will not be using DAZ Central. Why is DAZ so determined to sacrifice library functionality in favor of advertising that mess?
I am still waiting after two and a half weeks to have multiple orders of items restored to my Product Library, items that DAZ received money for but refuses to restore my access to. It's a known problem impacting many paying customers since the changeover, and yet we're still out both our cash and our purchases with no obvious progress having been made on fixng things. HOW IS THIS AT ALL ACCEPTABLE?? What are they hoping for, that we'll forget and pay for those items a second time?
I have heard nothing for almost a week from sales about a product where I was charged nearly four times what I should have been due to DAZ's mistake/a site error. No acknowledgement of the ticket, no resolution, not a peep from a human being. This clear pattern of avoidant behavior on their part is extremely concerning. Yes, support departments are busy but easy tickets should be acknowledged and cleared quickly to unclutter things and allow focus on the difficult problems, not ignored for a week. All I asked for was a partial refund to store credit and provided all the evidence necessary to facilitate that.
Well, as of November 11, add me to the list of PC+ members who aren't getting a PC+ discount in the cart.
I checked. I'm logged in. My membership is good until next September. Store pages show the standard 30% intro discount, and that's what turns up in the cart as well.
I'm sure I'm far from the only one, but this was a fairly sudden lack. It's not bitten me until today.
ETA: Okay, scrap that. I think I found the problem. Nothing in my cart was a DAZ Original. It's been a while since I had a completely PA cart that didn't have things that were already at a deep discount.
