Why 20% OFF¥ your cart not being applied on  license?

Because it is stated that

"¥Excludes FastGrab, Build Your Own Bundle, and Platinum Club+ for a Day Items."

And only 50% OFFΔ Select Daz Originals are not being applied on licenses

"ΔExcludes Gift Cards, Memberships, and FastGrab Items."

I have in my cart

SUV Chase Scene Poses for Genesis 8 and Everyday Movement Animations for Genesis 8

but when I add the license the price is increasing with 10 so the 20% is not being applied for the license
