What worked for me was clicking proceed to checkout, then play around with the shipping address box.
All of these things are being worked on. Please hang in there with us, but report so we keep on top of the stuff. Thank you, everyone, for your assistence.

Meanwhile those of us who already checked out and got shafted for several dollars in tax that we DO NOT OWE ON FREE ITEMS have to file tickets and wait who knows how long for more than a canned reply and then explain that no, store credit is NOT acceptable in this circumstance...

This was definitely a new problem and they are working to correct this.
And they're gonna be getting a ticket about it demanding that $4.45 back, too.
Extra 15% for members on still new or debut not working.
Codes after all these days still not working, pc monthly coupons not working, new or debut to get 50% off G8 bundle also not working .... nothing working.
The “sorry we messed up sale, here is what we’ll give you as compensation” needs to be augemented with the words: “ just joking cause none of the codes and offers actually work”.
i want my membership extended for everyday I haven’t been able to use the “new” store. What am I paying for if the functionality is gone?

I don't see this reported yet: most of today's new releases don't show up as new in the main store, plus they don't have readmes.
Extended by at least a week for every day things don't work, if not a month. Discounts broken, coupons broken, days of sales missed, tax collected on expensive "free" items (I guess in place of collecting it on people who don't owe it at all because of where they live), it never ends.
We didn't agree to be their unpaid testers. We certainly didn't agree to essentially pay them to be the guinea pigs for this disaster of a launch.
Edit: Oh yeah, and we still don't have ownership records restored for our pre-changeover purchases. There are a bunch of things Daz STILL says that I don't own when I do, receipts and all (because they were still sending receipts then), days after the fact. How long are our purchases going to be held hostage?? We are going on a week of being denied access to material that we have paid for, but I guess that's not a priority because Daz already has the money for it and whether we actually have the product doesn't matter.

Pleace can I check is the BYOB working for everyone in the platinum + club? I've 8 items in my cart but it won't discount to 2.99. I don't know if its just me or everyone. My platinum club membership has been acting strange since the store changeover.

I see it as part of the new items on both the front store page and in the promo page.
Another day of the interactive license sale banner...You don't get discount on an interactive license unless you purchase it with the actual product. I can't do that as I only buy licenses if products geometry is light enough. You don't publish geometry on product page either.
Can you confirm if this is an intended way to sell the discounted licenses?
Migration of interactive licenses is also incomplete and does not correctly show the child products of a bundle. Can you confirm if this intended going forward?

BYOB10 - 8 items still 1.99 each instead of 2.99 all together.
It would be a nightmare and a waste of money for me if they changed the way to buy Interactive Licenses. I bought many items on sale but I haven't added the Interactive License. I will buy Interactive Licenses when I will use the products in a game (and so far I bought the Interactive License only for items I need for the game I am developing right now). So I hope the option to buy an Interactive License whenever I want to remains unchanged. Interactive Licenses are listed as a single product on their own on receipt so they should allow buying one at any time like before.
