One new thing. I was issued a refund on Request #351420 for store credit and it is still not showing. This was hours ago.
I've stopped buying until this is straightened out, except the free stuff, which finally worked.
But I am still annoyed that I lost all the notes I had on over 260 items in my wish list, and that wasn't a glitch.
I am currently building my own database so I can hopefully rebuild all the notes I had. I wasn't even aware that there was any update to the store coming. Had I known those would be taken down I probably would have screenshotted everything so my months of note building could easily be rebuilt
Yeah, I figured I would give it one last ditch effort. The freebies do work for me again, which is fine. I'm just miffed that I am missing out on deals for items I wanted during this whole mess.
Its getting worse. DIM still doesn't show me anything ready to download. Yesterday I got round this by downloading manually and puttingf the files into the downloads directory. Today I can't get to the download page for Cryolab, Augmentation Outfit or its's extra textures, Cyber Future Expressions, Haze Alpha Clothing or Zhao. Clicking on them in the list on my library page does nothing. Right clicking and trying open in new tab gives me a page saying The server experienced an error: followed by a number. The number is different each time I try it, even on the same item. I've seen 18 and 19 digit numbers here.
To re-sub once you cancel your sub you have to open a ticket with CS and ask them to re-sub you.
There is an email only for the orders done since November 4 10pm (UTC) by using the previous method.
The emails sent by the Newsletter method are lost if you unsubscribed.
Interestingly, I recieved an order confimation e-mail for the freebies, but I just risked a PCFAD item, purchased with store credit, and have recieved no e-mail confirmation. Though the order did go through with no problem, deducted from my store credit and is available in my product library.
It takes a few minutes sometimes. You may get it yet.
I am sorry if, instead of focusing on more common problems, I will only present what I observed about myself.
You can batch resize them with IrfanView.

Again, I think these were Daz Deals - I certainly don't think there was anything else goign to galeries (and galleries are currently down anyway).
It's usually instantaneous for me. The freebie order confirmations certainly were. And I do get the newsletters/promo emails just fine. Always have.
Try adding a new address, some of the old addresses that were imported aren't appreciated by the new system because the new system is a lot more strict on the addresses than the old one.
Is the coupon issue still there. Cannot apply 11_20Save6 to a cart full of PFAD.
What you referred to? You mean about "link to the documentation"?
I referred to the links in DAZ Studio menu. There is a "Connect" tab.
It finally appears to be working for me. Appreciate all the work you guys are putting in.

Just deployed a site update, should have fixed credit card storage, paypal checkouts with partial store credit, having the cookie set correctly to display catalog pricing more reliabily, and displaying purchased interactive licenses in the product library.

I was getting email receipts of purchases up through yesterday like usual/no interuption. A purchase I made about 30 minutes ago did not result in an emailed order receipt for the first time.
I am also seeing that closing out an orange banner removes the offer from the message inbox.

It's been noted, thanks, but since they are free in cart it's not at the top of the list.
Just a suggestion... the next time you put out a big upgrade, don't do it in the middle of the annual sale. Do it during a week that is static, no new sales, hold back on putting out new products.
The checkbox to opt out of storing card info seems to have worked just fine. I'm sure others will appreciate the work you all did to make that happen today.
I did attempt to make a second purchase using one of the PC coupons. The amount came up as $0.00 (the item was listed at a little under $6.00), that was as expected. However, I couldn't check out. Even with the $0.00 due, I got a message to enter a payment type, but with no ability to do so.
Maybe sign off, clear cookies & cache again?
*edit* Signing off, clearing cookies and cache didn't help. The please select payment type message pops up with a zero balance cart for me. :)

I found a problem with finding product I already own in the store. They do not display upon search, because the box to hide owned items is checked. However, even unchecking the box does not show the owned items.
I tried getting a link in Daz Studio, but that does not work either and says the products have not been released. I can get to Alexandra 8 in my example from her Pro bundle, which displays, because I do not own it. Items not in a bundle or in a budle I do own cannot be displayed anyhow.
Is this a known bug?
I believe PFAD products are exempt from coupons AFAIK.

I downloaded it and installed. I batch converted the giant thumbnails and now DIM is usable for me again. Thank you for the suggestion.
