    Thanks Cris - that did the trick, but I had to log out of both DAZ & PayPal. Hope it doesn't charge me twice smiley

    Thank you for relaying the information @chohole! It definitely makes a difference between staff and customer relations to know they appreciate us enough to give an update as to why errors are happening and alleviate the frustration we are feeling.

    Daz has social media accounts.  They even have their own blog and user forums.  They should have posted their own explanation in the time they asked you, a volunteer moderator, to post that.  Even better would have been an apology for taking customer's money for stuff they can't reliably deliver.

  • Are there supposed to be new PFAD items today? The rest of the store seems to have rolled over, but I'm seeing the same items as yesterday in the sliding preview and on the PFAD page.

    Ok, thanks. Disappointing since PFAD is a hallmark of the sale, but the answer is appreciated. Fingers crossed for new selections tomorrow.

    On the list of stores on sale it lists Daz Originals... but they're still the same sale price as always for me. Are Daz O's supposed to be further discounted? 

     

    EDIT: Okay, looked again and some items from the DO store are on sale, but some items haven't been counted at all. It doesn't say 'select items' so I assume the entire store is supposed to be on sale. Here's an example, it's an older Daz Original and it's not discounting:

    At yesterday's turnover, some things temporarily popped up in the old PFAD selection that weren't there before (the selection basically doubled), before disappearing again. I even tried to put some of that stuff in my cart. I suspect they then mistakenly put today's PFAD selection up a day early, and skipped yesterday's real selection. Just a suspicion.

    "101 Expression Library with Dials for the Genesis 8 Female" as well as "Precinct Props" are listed on the sale page as "Still New Releases" but if you go to the list of all still new releases they are not listed there. They also do not trigger any discounts for having (still) new releases in your cart, for example friends of the sale items etc.

    I just put a gift card in my cart and it's only 15% off.  $100 if that makes any difference.

    EDIT:  I figured it out.  You have to include a New Release or Still New Release.
