My shopping cart icon shows 13 items but cart is empty and I cannot add any items to my shopping cart.

Weird. Maybe try logging out and then back in? I've not seen that issue before. It's very strange.
Do you access Daz3d on another device/browser? Sometimes I add items to my cart via my iPad and then when I get on the computer and open up a browser, my cart is empty (while still showing full on the iPad).
