This massive bundle includes many make-up props, accompanied by poses and a boudoir. I tried to cover a wide range of make-up all with their own poses and many, many texture options!

https://www.daz3d.com/complete-beauty-collection-bundle

For the boudoir I wanted it to be a fully out-of-the-box scene, with lights, camera's and working parts. Such as a functioning door that opens in a hallway so you don't have a void.
Here's what included with the boudoir:
- moving parts: door, doorhandle, window, window lock, clock hands, all the drawers of the vanity, curtains can individually be opened and closed and the bottle has liquid morphs
- many, many material options
- lights included are: natural sunlight, 2 ghostlight settings and all the lamps have 2 separate illumation settings
- 7 camera's
- all the walls, including the ceiling can be easily hidden with presets
- 2 base poses for the chair and sofa

The make-up set includes a wide range of every day make-up items and lots of material options. The make-up includes:
- textures to make the make-up look as if it's been used
- a vanity with fully functioning drawers
- tons of texture options
- a make-up bag in two variations: open and closed. There is also a preset to load the make-up bag filled with make-up
- all lids can be opened and closed, the liquids have full/empty morphs and the lipstick has a "used" morph and a up/down morph

All the make-up comes with their own poses:
- 27 poses
- "load props in hand" poses are also included

I hope this bundle makes a great addition to your runtime!

Look! I made a drawing for you with your colors. Maybe I was supposed to wet them before??

The boudoir is my favorite room, thanks to the number of different textures included and the great furniture!

    Hello,

In case someone is also scratching their head after loading CP Frame Square (or VG Cards in the Messy Vignette Bedroom) and not seeing the indended look, there is a path conflict between Complete Beauty Collection: Boudoir and Messy Vignette Bedroom, so when you're installing both, at one point, DIM will overwrite at least the following files:

    • Picture01.jpg
    • Picture02.jpg
    • Picture03.jpg
    • Picture04.jpg
    • Picture05.jpg
    • Picture06.jpg

because both products are currently storing all their textures in the same folder: '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/'

I have yet to try it, but my guess is the easiest way to fix the problem is moving all the files in distinct subfolders and then, opening all the .duf files (in a non compressed state) in a text editor capable of mass replacing the old path ('/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/') by the update one.

@Elor, I have both environments, both loaded onto my MacMini M4 in Dec 2025 and Jan 2026 as I downloaded my Runtime through DIM. I opened both files in Smart Content and every thumbnail is shown. Yes they are still in the same file that you gave, but I looked at the .pngs and .jpgs they all have the good pictures.

Could uninstalling your environments and downloading current .zips and installing them help?

@memcneil70, did you load CP Frame Square and VG Cards? The problem is only visible once both of them are loaded.

Depending on the order of installation, one of them will no load as intended because DIM will have overwritten Picture01.jpg to Picture06.jpg from the first installed product with the ones from the last installed product.

I don't have screenshots, but I first discovered the problem on my PC: when I loaded CP Frame Square, instead of seeing the default pink lips drawing, it was showing a wrongly placed Happy Birthday text from the VG Card.

Then, while writting a ticket, I wanted to take screenshots on my Mac and the CP Frame Square loaded perfectly fine (with the pink lips drawing) but on the other hand, the VG Cards loaded with wrongly placed pictures from the boudoir CP Frame cool

All my text editing where done using Nova by Panic, but any text editor capable of batch replacing strings in many text files will work. I did everything on my Mac (the DIM download folder is synchronised between the two computers, so my PC got the fixed package this way).

Warning: What I did seems to work, but I don't know if they are side-effects I'm not familiar with.

The very first step was removing both products using DIM.

Then I fixed the Messy Bedroom because it's the smallest of the two products (it's enough to fix the problem when both products are removed and reinstalled, but ideally, Daz should fix both), so the easiest to fix, following this steps:

    1. I downloaded the package from my product library: https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_80773

    2. I unarchived the package: all its content was now in a 'IM00080773-01_MessyVignetteBedroom' folder on my Mac

    3. I moved all the textures from '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/' to '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/MessyBedroom/'

    4. I opened Manifest.dsx and replaced '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/' by '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/MessyBedroom/' (screenshot shows the number of replacements needed, so it's a before screenshot, like the other one):

    5. I did the same in 'DAZ_3D_80773_Messy_Vignette_Bedroom.dsx':

    6. Then, the biggest part, in Daz Studio, I used the Batch Convert panel to uncompress every .duf files in the '/Environments/Architecture/Vignettes/Vignette Bedroom Props/' and its subfolders, to replace '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/' by '/Runtime/Textures/Sylvan/MessyBedroom/' (a text editor capable of batch replacement among all files in one go is very handy).

    7. I compressed the .duf files using the Batch Convert panel from Daz Studio.

    8. I compressed the content of the IM00080773-01_MessyVignetteBedroom. On a Mac, you need to compress the content of the folder, otherwise, DIM will not accept the archive as valid, so in this case, I had to rename Archive.zip into 'IM00080773-01_MessyVignetteBedroom.zip'

    9. I moved 'IM00080773-01_MessyVignetteBedroom.zip' in my DIM download folder.

    10. I opened DIM, using it in Offline mode and the product appeared in the Ready to install tab, and I installed it (note that from now on, DIM will tell you there is an update for Messy Bedroom, but as long as the update date is in 2021, don't install it).

    11. I reopened DIM in online mode to install the Boudoir product back.

As far as I can see, everything is working fine (I did some mistake while fixing all the .duf files so I add to check two files that for some reasons where not fixed).

Hopefully, Daz will provide update for both products, and if and when they do, my suggestion would be to remove both products before installing these update (to avoid unforseen side effect).

I just kicked off a DB Maintenace - Export User Data so it will be awhile before I can use my D|S. But while I loaded both sets next to each other and also didn't note any problems, I will check out those items when I have access again.

Well my backup crashed after the 2nd volume, so I am taking a break on that to check this out. I started with loading first the CP Frame and then the VG Cards. When I used my mouse to click on the CP Frame so I could see the VG Cards Daz Studio crashed.

This is what the Help log had:

So, I decoded to load the CP Frame first, move it up. Image looks okay. Loaded CP Frame Square and it also looks okay.

I clicked on both items, D|S stayed open and stable. Now, I need to mention I am on my MacMini M4, not my Windows 11 laptop.

I am not sure if this is helpful or not.

I opened up the Runtime>Textures again and looked at Picture 01 and Picture 06 and they are different. I am going to attach screen shots. I noticed the VG Cards have partial images from Pictures 01, 02, 03, 04.

I do agree that listing one set's textures in folder and another in a separate folder. But I think I have seen some PAs put repeated textures in another folder. I don't know what is the best practice but for my installation by DIM seems to not care. But I do like being able to track down a file in it's folder, not a comingled folder. I would think that if a PA builds a large library of products, one folder becomes crazy and the individual folders are best.

I am not a computer programmer, just managed computer systems/rooms/keypunch support. I am better at tracking down black market activity in military supply systems. So it is possible I am missing your point. Both sets seem to work just fine for me.

In your case, I think DIM installed the Messy Bedroom first, so when it installed the Boudoir, it overwrote all files sharing the same name (or maybe it's the other way around and DIM simply didn't install the new files when it saw that they were already there).

It's the less visible case, because the cards don't look too strange, but here's how they are supposed to look:

If DIM installed them in the opposite order, loading the frame shows directly that there is a problem:

And here's how both are supposed to look:

The problem is that because both products are using the same folder and have files sharing the same name, you can only have the files from one product or the other, but not both at the same time.

It'll hopefully will be fixed by Daz.

When you showed the cards and the differences between what I have and you have, I saw what you meant. I will wait for an update as the idea of messing with the files kind of freaks me out.

Thanks for being patient with me.
