    Yeah, same here. Cycles rendering keeps crashing on my iMac, but Eevee runs fine. With Diffeo getting better at converting for it, I may switch at some time. It still runs great on my old Linux box.

    Mac Issue? I'm running Win, E-Cycles and Vanilla w/o any problems...

    What's you GPU, SDev?

    If you have more than one card, would you mind just using one, and letting me know what it is?

    I'd be curious what your render time on the BMW Mike Pan Test isp; Vanilla Cycles and E-cycles.

    It is improved with AMD cards over Blender 2.8.*

    I gave up on AMD cards years ago because of how long it was taking them to implement it in Cycles. I'd love to switch back if I can get comparable performance to Nvidia (without ecycles as I'm not interested in paying extra).

    Sorry, still not even close, but improved. I'm going with the 3070 or 3080 by next June although I will buy a Ryzen 4000 APU if they make one with 16 cores / 32 threads otherwise it's a Ryzen 4000 CPU with 16 cores / 32 threads and an an El Cheapo Radeon Big Navi card that uses only one slot (it there will be such a thing).
