I can't log in to Daz Central

I have reseted my password and account, reinstalled the application, but failed to log in. it says that my account doesn't exist in records, but I can easily log in with the same account on the website. Am I missing something?

    Hi Richard,

    There r 13 characters in my password, but it still doesn't work when I try to log in Daz Center, but on the website it works, I really don't know why:(
