Blender Can't See My 1080 Ti's

I started learning Blender this month and just discovered it can't see my dual 1080 Ti's.  How do I fix it?

I'm also new to Blender, but I imagine that for anyone to offer useful advice, it would be helpful if you posted the exact version of blender that you are using and the exact version of nVidia drivers.  The problem may be a combination of those which someone who is familiar with Blender would spot immediately.

I presume Studio/Iray seem  them? Does GPUz see them?

Find out if it's a Blender issue, or system.

    Blender 2.8

nVidia 26.21.14.4259, released 3/04/20, verified in Device Manager

Both GPUs visible in DAZ 4.12.0.86 Pro and GPU-Z 2.33.0

    That's odd.

Which 2.8? (unless you literally mean 2.80?)

There are a number of itterations: 2.83.1, 2.83.2, 2.83 or 2.83.4; of course there are also 2.82, 2.81 variants too.

I'd suggest trying 2.83.4 as it's the latest build. If you are using that, try 2.83.3; I have no issues with it and I know others are the same.

It must be something on your system.

I'd suggest, if it persists, deleting the contents of the Blender Foundation settings file - or at least renaming it so it isn't lost if not the issue. Completely uninstalling Blender and then re-installing. As you can see, I've done the same on occasions; I tend to clean it up every so often, and delete old version preferences

I'm using 2.80 so I can follow YouTube lessons I'm learning with.

EDIT: Just tried removing and re-installing Blender 2.80.  No dice.  It still can't see either of my GPUs.

EDIT 2: Just installed Blender 2.83.4 and it sees my GPUs.

Goddammit... This is part of what makes Blender so damned difficult to learn for newbies like myself.  So damn many changes happen between versions that they create a seemingly insurmountable barrier for learning.  Now none of the YT courses I'm using are going to work for me because they all use 2.80's layout.

EDIT 3: I'll just deal with CPU rendering in 2.80 so I can learn the thing, and then adapt my knowledge to whatever current version has come out by the time I've finished my courses...

    Same layout really.

if you make sure to import change the Blender Foundation Settings you'll have the same layout and shortcuts

just copy and paste 2.80 and rename it 2.83; delete (or rename just in case) whatever is there.

There have been some nice changes and 2.83 is LTS so it's good for 2 years with just bug fixes I believe.

You could actually have both versions installed too.

Minor updates to a particular release (eg: 2.83.3 to 2.83.4) overwrite, otherwise they stay until removed.

Yeah, if you have the latest Blender, it is amazing how many tutorial videos that are only a few months old no longer work.

That's why a lot of tutors try to drill the KB shortcuts into our heads so hard. The KB shortcuts for the main stuff you use don't really change like the UI.

I find them so much quicker, and not just in Blender

Most keyboard short cuts are geared to a specific style of keyboard and much of it is Windows only. I've also run across several shortcuts that changed in 2.83. Good times.
