    Do anything! Action brings results... If you want to judge the results you can, but it is the doing that matters.

    When your activities move you to fulfillment of some type, you will feel more satisfied with the initial choice to take action!

    You could ride your Harley all weekend. Sit in a boat and fish all weekend. Binge on Netflix all weekend. Me, I'd rather chase girls all weekend but at my age, I'm no longer fast enough. So I Daz all weekend.........

    So enjoy what you enjoy. An exception would be if you enjoy killing people. You really should not do that, even if you do enjoy it. But most other things, or most other non lethal or harmful things, sure, go for it. You do you!
