DAZ Bridges, dForce cloth & hair?

I've been digging around trying to find something on this, and I'm sure it'll vary by software, but is there anything written yet on whether dForce items will be converted in a way that makes them render properly in the other software programs?  And if so, what add-ons might be needed at that end of the process?

I don't know so much about dForce, but you can add cloth sim to anything from Daz and it's going to work wonderfully. You might have to do a little bit of weight painting to keep the clothes on the character, but it's super quick and easy to do. A month ago or so I wanted to make a tutorial on doing cloth sim in Blender with Daz items but life just has been one thing after another and I just can't get to it, but if you youtube cloth sim from Aria Faith Jones, she has a good one and then Udemy has an amazing course on cloth sim as well that goes into super detail (and they have a course on Mantaflow that will blow your mind what you can do). If I find myself with some free time once I get my life packed up in the next week (have to pack up and move back home with how everything is going) I'll try to do one, but these two options are great too.

There are FAQs here https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/categories/201136833-Other-3D-Software , they look to all have entries covering what content won't work (strand-based hair is an example in Blender). dforce cloth (including hair made using the cloth engine) is just geometry, so it should probably go across in most cases but would need to be set up for simualtion in the destination application as far as I understand it.

    It is possible

... However, yes the caveat, you need to display the hair and export that; it then imports as an object.

You can then convert it to 'something' that can then be rendered.

    It is time-consuming - I did it with https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-sea-salt-for-genesis-3--8-females

This is the image I posted in the thread at the bottom of this post: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/uploads/thumbnails/FileUpload/6c/b70f36c2e0463eaf91fa3bf2ce1dfa.png

... and again after I'd tweaked the shader: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/uploads/thumbnails/FileUpload/cd/f25a3d276fd759b8cee15fa92e4c3d.png

If i'm dforcing cloth, I export and import as obj.

Will the HD morphs also be transferred if you set a higher subdivision? I don't need the morph to remain intact, but only the shape, or do you lose the possibility to pose the figure in your target programme if you want to preserve the HD morph?
