Hello,

I'm trying to create a garden trampoline like this for example : http://nastleindustry.com/pic/big/885_0.jpg

And now I need to create the protection net for all around the trampoline.

I'm new with hexagon. Could you please give me some idea to create this?

Thanks in advance.

It probably could be done by modelling in Hexagon, but it would be much simpler to use a trans map in the program you are going to render it in.

You create a transparency map of the mesh that you want to appear, and apply it to a single polygon and the render engine does the rest.

Have a look at this tutorial: Basically Black = transparent , White = opaque (not transparent)

    See if that helps.

Yeah a transparency map is way better for this kind of thing. The mesh would be too heavy if one would model a net.

There is a trampoline in the DAZ store that looks like that, net and all. I think it is by Predatron. It might be a lot easier to just buy it. :)

That is the whole point in having a modeler - to roll your own:)
