Renders not very sharp

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hello, when I render my images are sometimes not very sharp no matter what lighting I use. In the attatchment I used HDRI for outside and a combination of 3 point spot and interior lights. DOF on camera is also turned off and Firefly filter is on.

Any suggestions?

    Lower pixel filter radius and or or change it to mitchell might help with that.

    Also let it render longer.

    What's your Quality setting in Render Settings>Progressive? I usually leave the default value of 1 alone for test renders, but a nudge up to 2 or 4 gives a nice crisp sharpness for final renders, along with a Converged value of over 99%. Note that this will probably slow down rendering.

    Yeah, it's hard to make a judgment on something that still so noisy.
