Skin Builder 8 Genesis 8 Female Error: File Does Not Exist

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi, I bought the Skin Builder 8 for Genesis 8 females and every time I click on it (with Gen 8 selected) it says that Skin Builder File Does Not Exist. 

I click on Product Support and says the same thing. Please help.
