Freebie Tutorial: Fitting V4/Legacy Footwear (almost) distortion free

Hi everyone, here's a freebie tutorial for everyone on how to fit V4 and other legacy footwear without distortions.

There are a lot of high-quality legacy content in the DAZ3D store, but unfortunately fitting V4 footwear has always been an issue even to this day. The core of the problem is that, because of the gross differences between foot sizes and geometries, the auto-fit projections will always cause the feet to become distorted. There are various solutions out there, but I feel that this general purpose solution will work for a wide variety of footwear.
