Teen Rebel Poses and Expressions - Hand Poses Problem

I have found that when I choose a hand pose that in many cases the pose I get does not corrospond to the pose in the thumbnail. 

For example, RH03 loads RH04, RH04 loads RH05 and this goes on, but then some are swapped, like RH27 and RH28... it's very frustrating and makes this aspect of the product unusable.

I'm finding a lot of this kind of stuff in products.  I have been on far too many purchasing binges where I buy a bunch of products because of a sale or something and then it takes me months before I get around to wanting to use a pose or outfit or something and then I find that textures are missing or poses don't load properly - and I come into the forums to see if anyone else has had these problems and I usually can't find any reference to the same issues - which leads me to believe that a lot of customers are like me - they buy the new shiny and go months or longer without ever testing it out.

Sorry... I ranted there for a second...  Anyway, curious to see if anyone else has had this problem.  I will open a support ticket...

    Don't have these poses, but I totally recognize what you say above and often wonder about the same - that maybe I'm the first ever to use that product and report that problem.

    I love that pose set, the poses themselves are very cool - but honestly, I don't know how they got past QA in the file hierarchy they are in. When I first got them I remember finding different folders of the poses kind of just floating by themselves in the content library. I had to manually move them around to the right places. In fact, the read me shows the file list and, yeah, they're kind of all over the place in the Content Library: http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/48305/file_list

    They create their own "Expressions" folder in the main Content Library. As well as a "Hands" folder and a "Poses" folder -all just floating by themselves. Those all should be under People >> Genesis 8 Female >> Poses.

    And you're right, it appears that some of the hand poses don't match the icons. Like RH05 loads RH06, and vice versa. It looks like from RH05 to RH30 every icon should be switched.

    I'd definitely put in a support ticket about it. If you don't want to let me know and I will. I should have back when I first got them, but I had been dealing with customer service over a different issue at the time and really didn't want to have to bring it up. lol Until you posted about it just now I had totally forgotten about it. 

    Honestly, the pose set is really cool though. So I don't regret getting them and enjoy using them. I just wish QA had caught all the issues. Let me know if you don't want to put in a ticket about it, if not I will.

    I put in a support ticket about it. Customers service is usually very helpful, so I'm sure they'll be able to help get the product files and icons fixed.
